A distinguished academician, he has been a postgraduate teacher and examiner for various medical universities. Dr. Narula has received several academic awards in the field of Nephrology. He also served as the Honorary Surgeon to the President of India and has been the recipient of Presidential Awards for exceptional service to the nation.
