With over 3 decades of experience post M.S.(Ortho), completed from Baroda Medical College in 1987, Dr. Harshavardhan Hegde has gathered extensive clinical experience overseas with fellowships at prestigious institutions like Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, UK and Klinikum Karlsbaad, Germany. He has also undertaken specialist training in the US, Australia, Brussels and Budapest. In India, he has served as Professor & Head of Orthopaedics at Pramukh Swami Medical College, Karamsad Gujarat, and headed Orthopaedic units at Alembic Hospital, Apollo Hospital Gandhinagar, Artemis Hospital Gurgaon, Nova Bone & Joint Hospital and Fortis Vasant Kunj. He was among the first surgeons in India to perform robotic spinal surgery in 2013 and has extensive international experience across the Middle East, Iraq, and Africa.
