About
Dr. Prasun Ghosh holds a special interest in renal transplantation along with vast experience in minimally invasive and robotic urology surgery. He pioneered the first robotic renal transplant recipient surgery in this part of the world. He trained at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, New York, for robotic surgery and has worked with leading robotic surgeons since 2006. He specializes in robotic and minimally invasive techniques for complex urologic cancers and non-cancerous conditions. He has also been instrumental in establishing dedicated kidney transplant programmes in multiple private hospitals and has played a key role in shaping the renal transplant and robotic renal transplant program at Medanta.
