Prof (Dr.) Subhash Gupta is Group Chairman - Centre for Liver & Biliary Sciences at Max Healthcare and is one of India’s leading Liver Transplant Surgeons with over 37 years of experience. He heads one of the largest Liver Transplant Centres in the world with experience of more than 3000 liver transplants. Dr. Gupta has pioneered the development of Living Donor Liver Transplantation (LDLT) in India and has extensive expertise in Liver Transplantation, Biliary Sciences, Robotic Surgery, and Gastrointestinal Surgery. He has previously worked with prestigious institutions including Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, St. James’s University Hospital Leeds, Queen’s Elizabeth Medical Centre Birmingham, and AIIMS New Delhi.
